I love Facebook! Facebook is very addictive, it has great features, many wonderful applications to play around and it is fun. I dumped my Friendster since I converted myself to be a Facebooker. What I love most is the ‘group’ feature where you can create or join a any group that you think you can relate to. Interacting with people is sure interesting. I spent most of the time whoring the wall and the discussion board in those groups. One of the group that I am in, and ‘wasting’ most of the time participating in the discussion is the group ‘Deny Barisan National A 2/3 Majority in the Upcoming Election!’ (Yes, is a BN-bashing post again!!!! Muahahahaha! Er, why not?)

We have quite a number of people in the group, now more than 5000 members. (Man, everybody hates the Dacing party heh?) Every now and then some BN supporters will come in post something at the wall or discussion board. And most of the time, they behaved like retards and making themselves look like a fool by the way of their posting. I want to believe to believe many BN voters are smart and capable of holding a good discussion but I seriously doubt that now. Their actions always suggest the opposite.

Their arguments always downright childish and dumb. I guess it is their way of showing their supports for their leaders, by behaving exactly like them. Calling people monyet, penyangak, coming up with remarks like bocor, terowong and many more. Ever watch how BN politicians behave in parliament? Ever read any funny remarks (actually saying it is funny is to ‘give face’, retarded is more like it) by BN leaders?

Let me share you one posting by a BN supporter at the group’s wall. I shall not reveal his identity. I don’t want to give him ‘kemaluan’. (cause him embarassment)

‘Our country has been ok all these while,I admit there are some bad points bout our govt but who’s perfect?We should be thankful that we are still living in a peaceful country up till now….Well,if u wana deny Barisan,then who takes over?DAP?PAS?Keadilan?Whata joke….People..be satisfied and grateful with what we have.If not for Barisan especially our dear Tun Mahathir,where would our country be?Withouth them,foreigners still will not know where or what is Malaysia.Remember those days when we gotta explain to these mat salleh’s that we are actually next to singapore???Think about it.Lastly,for those who are rallying on the streets….get a life and stop causing disturbance!!!You guys suck big time!!!Like sakais!!!’

And this is my reply to him, after much revised and toned down reply :

‘1st, no country is perfect, but that’s an excuse. We are not looking for perfection, just a better Malaysia. Of course we are thankful we are living in a peaceful country. So as long as it our country is peaceful, we should support leaders who are corrupt, we should tolerate lies and agree with many stupid decisions by the leaders especially BN leaders?? And, we are here all peace loving people. Do you see any of us instigating/suggesting any actions that will create havocs and disrupt peace? Why do you think our cause of deny BN a 2/3 majority will bring chaos and disrupt the peace? Why is that?

2nd, do you actually understand what is the cause of this group? To deny BN a 2/3 majority, not for DAP, PAS or Keadilan to take over the country. Capisce??

3rd, being grateful for what? Tun Mahathir? For spending most of our money on white elephant projects? For reducing, corrupting the judiciary to the very mess it is now?For introducing the quota system to all economic sectors in Malaysia including the education system, whereby a designated percentage of undergraduate seats of higher institutions were reserved for Bumiputra? For amending the constitution and laws like his father owned it? For the one sided contracts he signed with the IPPs? For the funny agreements with toll concessionaires he signed? For initiating the ‘astroboy’ expedition to space project? For building Petronas Twin Towers, Bakun Dam, Sepang Circuit, KLIA so that Malaysia will be famous,but only certain group of people directly reap the benefits? Oh you are so proud that we have our tallest building in the world? That is all matters? Being famous and well known country? Well, we are very famous now, we are the laughing joke of the world now, if you yet to aware.

4th, those rallying on the streets are not the one should be blamed. Roadblocks created by the over zealous police caused traffic jams in the city. Businesses were shut down because the police wouldn’t let a peaceful rally to be carried out. they came with anti riot police, water cannons, tear gas to give the impression the rally is not safe and peaceful. so who is causing the disturbance now?

5th, Who is more sakai than you? Writing a piece of crap on our wall like that sure look like one. Why don’t you post in our discussion board and present your points on Barisan, why we should listen to you, why we sucks? We may be wrong after all, we just need some convincing 🙂 Alright? Up for the challenge? I doubt so, I doubt even you know what is the meaning of ‘sakai’. Prove me wrong.’

I think I am so full of myself.. Muahahahahahahhahahahahahahaha!!!

As many of you know, I work in a new company since early this year, on the 2nd January 2008 to be exact. I will be doing the same old boring job, just maybe slightly different from what I did in my previous company in term of scale and size of the projects. After two and half years working at the previous company, I felt it is the time to move on. Life is pretty mundane after a while. Everything because so repetitive, and we call it life? Same shit different day. I promised myself not to live my life that way. It is way too boring for me. Life should be interesting, no? 

One of the reason I left is because I want to feel what it is like to work in a bigger company. Where you can meet more people and have more activities. My previous company, there were only 12 of us. 2 admins, 4 draftwomans, 4 engineers. I listened with envy everytime my my friends mentioned their company trips, activities such as sports day, family day, annual dinner. Sounds so fun! Well, I am the type of person that is not very comfortable doing things alone. I hate to be alone, that is why you will never see me eating outside by myself. I will take away my meal and eat it at home, watching my tv. (TV freak remember?) I love meeting people. You learn a lot from meeting many people. Each with their own shits. That is why I think  many of my friends love to ask me to join them their gatherings and activities for I seldom decline their invitation.

And I am glad to be in the new company, so far. Meeting many new people. I was suprised to know that there are many new faces in the company when I joined. Reporting on the first day, I met this one guy also waiting at the lobby, also his first day at the company. After we reported, the admin lady brought us around to introduce us to the rest of the staffs. On our way out to the lift to go to next floor, I saw another lady reporting for duty. She was sitting at the lobby, reading newspaper. She looked up, our eyes met, and she smiled. Oh my! She is pretty hot! Haha! I am happy already being in this company. She is a Malay girl, wearing tudung. But, race or religion has nothing to do with one looking pretty or not right? Pretty is pretty, good looking is good looking.

I remember many times back then in university when I remarked to my friends ‘Eh, check out that girl. Sweet heh?’, they took a quick peek at the girl and looked at me and said ‘But she’s Indian.’ (Or Malay if the girl is Malay). Oh I was with my Chinese friends at that time.  How weird. For them, if you are a Chinese,  you will only look at Chinese girls and you will never lay eyes on any girl from other races, what more to say she is pretty. Haha! Well, back to the pretty lady, I finally get the chance to meet her on the next day, when she was brought around the office to introduce herself 🙂

Well, 2 weeks in the new company I am yet to do much things. I was given many reports and manuals to read. I bored myself to death reading it. It is like back to uni again, staring at the books with eyes wide open, but mind travelling elsewhere. (Not thinking of that Malay girl lah! I see many pretty girls already, pretty immune now. Hahah!). I should master the sleeping stance – sleeping with eyes open, so I can pretend like busy reading when I am actually sleeping. I want to do a ‘Pak Lah garfield mode’, sleeping anywhere and anytime, but I just do not have the talent like him.

Actually most of the time for the past weeks, I just pretending that I was busy doing things, clicking and typing at my computer when I actually busy uploading files, setting up this lousy blog, facebooking haha! Well,  it is normal for newcomer to a new company to have his precious time lazying around for the first few weeks, right? Do not scare him first, when he is settled down, then only the slavery begin. Hah! Looking forward for the coming days.. hope to share more stories with you guys.. Yes! Finally, I have my own playground to crap around! It has been crazy moving here and there. I thought my last blog at wordpress.com (don’t bother clicking it, it’s dead now) was the last place I will be after I moved from my friendster blog. Hell, who would know that my account would be suspended? Then I moved to blogspot, but the mood was not there. No initiative at all to write, hence the cut and paste job most of the time. Well, part of the reason I get this new address is because cibol got his cibolution.com, I damn ‘tak puas hati’. How could him??? To think of it, I started this blogging shit earlier than him, and I was one of the person that convinced him to move to wordpress from blogspot and join the darkside! Yeah, you can say what you want, I decided to get a domain, my own name with dot com behind as well 😛 Bwahahahaha! Argghh.. what an orgasmic feeling that is….

I must thank Cibol for his great help and advices, Lola as well. The rest, thank you for not visiting my lousy blogger blog because I will feel damn guilty writing craps there. But now, I have a new purpose! Like everybody else, a new year, a new beginning, a new gf (hell no!), a new job, a new blog address!  (Okay okay.. it has been  two weeks into 2008, but still, it is not too late right?) Worried VIPs stock up on anti-spy devices

(New Straits Times) – The latest must-have among politicians, corporate big-wigs and others anxious about their privacy is cheap and fits snugly into one’s palm.

Eight days after a minister admitted that a sex DVD featured him, anti-spy electronic devices are being sold like hot cakes, especially to people in power.

Former health minister Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek’s revelation that he and a woman had been secretly filmed while having sex has led to many trying to avoid a similar fate.

More than 1,000 such devices that can detect hidden CCTV cameras and handphones, have been sold here since news of Dr Chua’s indiscretions made headlines.

It is learnt that several prominent businessmen and politicians who visit China regularly on work or on holiday have been using the device in their bedrooms.
Even a minister has bought a unit “as it is very difficult to identify one’s enemies, especially in politics”.

“People who are out to topple you in politics will resort to anything including recording or filming who you see and what you say,” he said.

His RM160 unit will emit a beep if it detects electronic devices such as CCTV cameras and hidden handphone usage within a radius of 10 metres.

The minister, who did not want to be identified, said many were flocking to outlets selling electronic items to buy such devices.

The device which the minister uses to sweep a room is a little longer than a cigarette lighter and can detect any RF frequency device within 3GHz.

The person who sold the device to the minister said he had run out of stock due to overwhelming demand.

“I do not have any more in stock due to heavy demand from people, including politicians, corporate figures and women,” he said, adding that he was accepting orders for the device.

The device is also available at popular online auction websites like www.lelong.com.my.

A check by the New Straits Times revealed a number of people selling such devices in the past week.

I normally do not write anything touching on religions because most people feel it is a very sensitive issue and many do not even know what they are talking about when talking about religion (in my humble, arrogant opinion – oh yeah!) But this take the cake. Seriously Malaysia is becoming the laughing stock of the world because of the quality of our leaders and ministers. By now you should already aware of the issue of Herald newspaper vs Internal Ministry. If you don’t know WTF I am talking about, go find out about it, or put your head in the nearest toilet bowl and flush it.

It is about “The Herald” which is an in-house Catholic newsletter application for the annual renewal of its printing and publications license has been unreasonably witheld. The basis given by the Ministry of Internal Security for witholding its permit? Simply that the newsletter must stop publishing the The Herald in the national language. For those who are unaware, The Herald has 4 language sections within its paper, English, Chinese, Tamil and Bahasa Malaysia.

The pretext provided by the Deputy Internal Security Minister, Johari Baharom was that the word “Allah” can only be used by Muslims! How absolutely arrogant and preposterous!

This should not be an issue in the 1st place. Why? 1st, The Herald readers are Christian. It is a Christian newspaper. So obviously when they use Allah in their newspaper, they are referring to the Allah for Christians, not the Allah for Muslims. The reason given by the dumbass Deputy Internal Minister Johari Bahrom that the usage will confuse people is downright stupid. Of course you should know when you are reading a Christian publication the Allah in it refers to Christian God. Right? If you don’t agree, then you are in the same league which Johari Bahrom.

For those who are not familiar, the word “Allah” originates from the Arabic word “al-Lah” and it was used even in pre-Islamic times in the Middle East.

Allah (Arabic: ????, All?h) is the standard Arabic word for “God”.[1] The term is most likely derived from a contraction of the Arabic article al- and ?il?h “deity, god” to al-l?h meaning “the [sole] deity, God” (ho theos monos); another theory traces the etymology of the word to the Aramaic Al?h?. Malaysia Takes God’s Name in Vain

The Malaysian authorities’ refusal to renew the publication of the weekly Catholic newspaper The Herald unless it stops using the word Allah as the word for God in the Malay language is a demonstration of racism and linguistic ignorance, not religious purity.According to Deputy Internal Security Minister Johari Baharum, “Only Muslims can use ‘Allah’. It’s a Muslim word, you see. It’s from (the Arabic language). We cannot let other religions use it because it will confuse people,” he was reported as saying. “We cannot allow this use of ‘Allah’ in non-Muslim publications, nobody except Muslims. The word ‘Allah’ is published by the Catholics. It’s not right.”

But what Johari revealed was his ignorance of his own professed religion, of the Arabic language in which the Koran is written, and of the history and culture of Muslims throughout most of the world. God and Allah mean the same in different languages.

Muslims, like Christians do not worship a person called Allah. They worship a single supreme being which the Arabic language denotes as Allah. The very word Allah derives from the singular nature of the monotheistic deity. In the Arab world Allah has always been used by Christians (a significant minority) and Jews (a smaller but important minority until the creation of Israel) to denote the one God which the religions share. Ditto in Farsi.

In Indonesia 100 million Muslims have no problem with their Christian brothers using Allah to denote the supreme being in Bahasa Indonesia, the Indonesian version of the Malay language. So why should a United Malays National Organisation politician unless for some reason to ramp up Malay prejudice against non-Muslims and reinforce the notion that all Malays are and always will be Muslims?

Likewise among the (Roman) Catholics, the word in Latin (lingua franca of the Roman church) for God is Deus and is used without discrimination between Christians Muslims and Jews.

The Johari version of the world displays the same kind of ignorance as found among Christian fundamentalists in the United States and elsewhere who insist on saying that Muslims worship Allah rather than the God (an English word) that the two religions share. An English Koran uses the words “In the name of God the compassionate and merciful,” not “In the name of Allah the compassionate and merciful.”

If Malaysian Malays are confused about the distinction between Islam and Christianity because they use the same word to describe the one God, clearly there is a lot wrong with the educational system. But if a minister is so ignorant, how can the rakyat – Malaysia’s citizenry ­­- be expected to know better?

For Muslims, Jesus was a prophet of Islam. For Johari on the eve of the birthday of Jesus to make this astonishing decision is an insult to his own religion as well as to the Christian one from which Islam sprang.

So why has this become an issue now? This is similar to the issue of crucifixes in mission schools. Why suddenly brought these issues? To divide and rule? Only BN will benefit from divide and rule, that is why they choose to do that. To quote a blog I read :

“In recent weeks, we have seen Malaysians of all ethnic groups demonstrating for justice and accountability. The BN’s PR has been disastrous: it has succeeded in alienating, in turn, workers demanding a minimum wage, the lawyers, civil society groups clamouring for electoral reforms (backed mainly by Malays), Indian Malaysians and now, the Christians. What better time, from the BN’s point view, to try and prevent all these Malaysians from coming together. So the coalition raises divisive issues. And it is so ironic that it is using a widely accepted term for God to divide His people.”Malaysia have a constitution that guarantees freedom of worship and religion, but the ruling government never practice it. Article 11 of the Federal Constitution of Malaysia allows freedom of religion. but, they ignored applications for building licenses to Christians who need to build churches, they demolished Hindu temples, they allowed stupid and bigoted ulama to issue fatwa such as ‘Buddhist statues are haram’. (Try google Sabah Mufti’s Fatwa: Buddhist Statues are HARAM)

Ironic heh, the largest Buddhist statue is in the ‘Islamic’ State of Kelantan. (And yet) UMNO says that PAS is an extremist party and very intolerant towards non-Muslims or towards other non-Islamic religions.

So, why should I vote for this government? When most of the ministers are stupid and ignorant. And the PM is sleeping. (and dumb too). Why?

I don’t know if any of you watch this before. I am tired of talking, writing all this shits…. Today I just let the video tell the story. There are many more clips, you can find it if you look for it. Don’t lah everyday watch useless craps, ignoring what is happening around. Well what a person wrote can be lies, cooked up, bias etc. but what you see and hear is definitely more convincing. Oh, maybe it is not true for some people heh? Since the clip is not authenticated yet.. Pftt!

Ask yourself, what good it is for us to have our good life when others are suffering? What if one day, due to the funny circumstances, or maybe karma you ended up in their place? What good it is when we can send man to space, salivating at so called achievement of having an astronaut when things like this still happened at our backyard? Do we still have the right to brag? A developed country? I am not saying the action of destroying illegal squatters is wrong, but things like this should be done in a more proper manner, in a better way. Sad to say, lately our goverment seems to do all but the right things.. such as charging 31 poor civilians for attempting murder of a policeman? How ridiculous is that? 31 against 1? Are you serious? Well, they dropped the charge, because they know it will make them look dumb in court. Making bad decisions, saying stupid things seems to be the prerogative of the people in the government lately. Remember Zam? Nazri? (He’s always in the list so.. that’s not so suprising..) Samyvellu? Wan Sulong? Lee Chong Meng? Do I need to say more?
