Gettin’ Jiggy Wit It

I just went away for one day from my blog and see what happened! My previous post, dedicated for Cibol’s birthday spammed with tons of ‘pantun’ by Melbie, Mar, Man-D and Suituapui. I am having headache replying all the ‘pantuns’ but have no fear! I will reply all your pantun. Muahahahahahaha! So, you guys were having so much fun heh? All so excited ber’pantun’, with the contents so so scandalicious….. you guys are scaring away visitors to this kick ass blog lah! 😀

Well, we had fun last night. When I said we, is not me and Cibol but me, Cibol and friends!! Cibol hosted his birthday bash at Finnegan’s. Among the ‘femos’ people that came for his birthday : Clare, Alvin, Alice, Mary, Jing, Raph, Charyelle, Rory and the most femos of course is bongkersz 😀 Patt and Nono supposed to come but they are busy studying for their exams so they coudn’t make it. (good students, keep it up girls)

Cibol had his Flaming Lamborghini and Around The World, and after that he went crazy doing dirty dancing on the dance floor. (No I was not dancing with him. I know Suituapui is going to ask that!) The food quite nice, too bad we didn’t finish it all. We were busy talking, I guess the excitement of meeting new friends got into us that we didn’t bother to eat the food haha! I am very glad to meet many of them for the 1st time like Raph, Jing, Alice and Charyelle. There are very nice and friendly creatures people. (Hey! Nice meeting you guys!!!! :D)

We went for karaoke at RedBox later since Cibol wanted to show off his singing skills again and some of them wanted to practise for Jay Chou and Backstreet Boys upcoming concerts. (We just came back from Jay Chou’s concert :P) Need not to say, they end up singing most of Jay Chou’s and BSB’s songs. Me being the Pisang Cina cannot read Chinese, so Jay Chou’ songs off for me. When they continued with BSB’s songs I was half dead, resulted from my strong desire to go to sleep but couldn’t do so since ‘big boss’ of the night still singing happily. (These people no need sleep?? Crazy lunatic creatures friends. Or just me getting old hehe) We end up home at 4am and I slept at 5am. Die die die!

I want to continue writing, but I need my precious sleep now. I shall continue with a new post or and updated post with photos and videos when I get hold of them. (Not before I filter out the dirty photos :P) For now, I leave you all with a song by Pearl Jam – Last Kiss. (Again, Suituapui.. 😛 I know what you are thinking!!!!!!) I love this song, I heard it just now when writing this post and I decided to post it together with this entry. It brings back a lot of sweet memories. That’s another story to tell 🙂

LAST KISS

‘Cili Padi’ is back! & Najib : Fong Po Kuan a capable parliamentarian.

According to Lim Kit Siang’s blog and his Facebook status, Fong Po Kuan or famously known as ‘Cili Padi’ returns to contest her seat at Batu Gajah.

From his blog : Po Kuan returns!

From his Facebook status message : Lim Kit Siang is glad that Po Kuan has return to the frontline.

If it is true she is back then this is definitely a good news for DAP and Po Kuan’s supporters in Batu Gajah 🙂

And, guess what? Our Deputy Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak has openly endorse the capability of Fong Po Kuan and calls her a capable parliamentarian. I am not lying. Read it here and here. I quote :

From Bernama :

He said the refusal of a capable member of parliament such as Fong Po Kuan to contest in the election showed that there was a serious internal conflict within the party.

“What transpires shows that within the DAP, especially in Perak, there is a serious internal conflict to the extent that a capable member of parliament is frustrated and is not willing to contest,” he said when asked to comment on Fong’s announcement yesterday that she would not defend her seat in the coming general election. “

From NST :

Taking a shot at the DAP, which has repeatedly accused Barisan Nasional component parties of lacking transparency and democracy, Najib said: “This (Fong’s decision) proves that the DAP has failed miserably in implementing the principles of democracy, meritocracy and transparency.

“Now, an extremely capable MP (Fong) from the party is forced to take drastic action to show her disapproval.”

So do I need elaborate more? People in Batu Gajah, listen to Najib and vote wisely 😛

Updated 22/03/2008 4.15pm :

It is confirmed. Malaysiakini just published a story with the title – Po Kuan to defend Batu Gajah at their website. Cheers for DAP and people in Batu Gajah! 🙂 Now Najib must be saying “Alamak!!!! Kena foot in mouth again!!”. LOL!!

Updated 22/03/2008 5.00pm :

Lim Kit Siang just published a post on his blog. It is his blog statement at the joint media conference with Fong Po Kuan at Ipoh Timur Election Operations Centre, Ipoh on Friday, 22nd Feb. 2008 at 2 pm. Read it here.

Sweet 26? ROFLMAO!!

Since lately writing pantun in blogs is the ‘hot’ thing to do, thanks to Cocka and Clare, not forgetting Suituapui, this is for Cibol.

Buah cempedak tolong jolokkan,
Dua tiga kucing berlari,
Selamat hari lahir saya ucapkan,
Semoga hidup makin bererti,

Jolok cempedak makan seorang
Gunung Daik bercabang tujuh,
Sudah lama hidup membujang,
Moga cepat beroleh jodoh,

Buah cempedak dibawa berlayar
Masak sebiji di atas peti,
Suituapui memang kuat berloyar,
Pantun saya habis di sini,

This is not Cibol

Cibol and ghey friends

Cibol the ‘sape’ superstar

Cibol the rockstar

Ok lah dude, don’t say I didn’t put up a handsome picture of you 😀

Have a great days ahead man! Happy 26th birthday dude!! (Yes, you are that old! Muahahahaha!)

SPR, Please Explain This! (Part 2)

The more you dig, the more shits you get. Why? Well, because I got NTBD (nothing better to do), I did a google search on ‘phantom voters’. It seems like many bloggers already blogged about this issue before. (Well I pimped my previous post from another blogger as well.) But note this, most of them blogged about this before this announcement came out. From The Star Online :

Wednesday January 9, 2008

EC : Electoral roll all clean now

“KOTA KINABALU: The Election Commission is confident that the electoral roll is now free of dubious voters

Commission chairman Tan Sri Abdul Rahman Abdul Rashid said his office had deleted from the rolls thousands of names of non-citizens and people who had died.

Detailed cross-checking of voters’ names with the National Registration Department should result  in “phantom voters” being removed from the rolls, he said after opening a two-day briefing here for civil servants involved in assisting in the next general election. “

Read more here.

Kickdefella blogged about phantom voters here on November 30, 2007. Another blogger also blogged about it here (he/she sourced it from Kickdefella).

So on January 9th, 2008, EC Chairman Tan Sri Abdul Rahman Abdul Rashid confidently said EC already cleaned up the electoral. Should we believe him? I cross-checked the names listed in the post by Kickdefella with the latest electoral (gazetted on 5th February 2008), and I got this :

91 years old?

92 years old!

103 years old! (We are so close to break Guiness World Record, for world’s oldest person alive now is now 114 years old and the world’s longest ever living person at 122 years old)

Out of the five dubious voters previously listed in Kickdefella’s blog, three of them still appeared in the electoral roll! Well, maybe they just age gracefully, and still kicking ass, ready to vote for the next coming election! Just give our very efficient, clean, fair and transparent Election Commision the benefit of doubt, shall we? 🙂

So, voters that will vote at Sekolah Kebangsaan Khir Johari (Bakar Arang, Sungai Petani), Maktab Sultan Abu Bakar (Rinting, Johor) and Sekolah Kebangsaan Pasir Gudang 2 (Permas, Pasir Gudang) please watch out for these geriatrics ya! 😀 Biar tua, selagi nyawa dikandung badan, kita akan tetap mengundi!!!! (Age is not a problem, if still alive, we will still vote!!!) Shame on you young people that will not vote this coming election out there!! ROFLMAO!!

Updated 21/02/2008 10.50pm :

Hamzah, this is special for you. Send my regards to your grandfather by the way. Good to know he is still strong and kicking! Semoga Tuhan panjangkan lagi umurnya 🙂

Born in 1896, now should be 112 years old. Get his ass ready in line for the Guiness Book of Record next world’s oldest person.

SPR, Please Explain This!

Dear Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Hj. Ab. Rashid Bin Ab. Rahman,

You as Chairman Election Commission of Malaysia, please explain this.

1. Vote in TUDM Butterworth as postal vote.

2. Then go back to Tumpat, Kelantan to vote again! Hurray!!!!!

Same name, same year of birth, same father’s name but different voting place? So he vote through postal vote and the vote will be sent to Tasik Gelugor, Pulau Pinang and then make a trip to go back to Tumpat, Kelantan to vote again? How fantastic!! Malaysia Truly Asia, Malaysia Boleh!

Updated 5.04pm :

I did a search to see if anybody posted on this before. Interesting, I found this blog here. I grabbed the photo from the site for all to see.

Okay, now if you see both pictures, the pictures I posted earlier I captured today from the latest SPR electoral roll website. It is in the latest format used by SPR to show the voter’s details. Then, the pictures above were captured sometime last year, and the details of the voter were shown in an older format. Do you notice that, comparing the latest format and and previous one, what is the difference? Yes! In the old format, SPR put ‘Tarikh Lahir’ but in the latest format only ‘Tahun Lahir’ is shown!!

Why SPR do this? (Change of format). I can only think of one reason. Say if anybody arguing on the identity of the voter using the current format, SPR easily can say ‘Well, maybe there are two different persons with same name but born in the same year. Possible right?’ But, referring to the old format, it it very unlikely for a person with the same name will be born on the very same day at two different locations??? Now, that’s Malaysia for you. 🙂

Dominique Ng – The Mole?

It is going to the drain. Why? When you have selfish politicians serving their own interests instead of the people. I am utterly disappointed with Malaysian politicians.

Opposition to take on opposition

KUCHING: A “battle of the giants” is shaping up in Bandar Kuching with Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) Padungan assemblyman Dominic Ng Kim Ho likely to take on DAP incumbent MP Chong Chieng Jen.

Read more here.

I quote :

“I want to stop the speculation that PKR will concede all the Chinese-majority seats to the DAP. I do not like to fight the DAP. If there is no choice, I will do it,” he told reporters. – Dominique Ng, Sarawak PKR state liaison chairman.

You have a choice dumbass! Stay away. I seriously doubt he knows what he is doing. If he thinks he is doing more good for the people by contesting DAP, he is definitely wrong. He is just giving a helping hand to BN by doing that. What he is trying to prove? What he is getting from all this?

Opposition gains nothing here, only BN reaps the benefits from this squabbling. I think he is a mole, working for BN. All his actions suggest he is just that. A turncoat, definitely a errand boy for BN. Prove me wrong.

What is Malaysian Culture? Pfttt!!

Another idiot minister speaking :

Bashing Govt In Blogs Not Malaysian Culture – Rais

“KUALA LUMPUR Feb 19 (Bernama) — Bloggers should evaluate themselves before indulging in an unhealthy culture of bashing others, including government leaders, through their blogsites, Culture, Arts and Heritage Minister Datuk Seri Dr Rais Yatim said.

He said although government bashing in the blogsites was among the challenges faced by the Barisan Nasional (BN) in facing the general election, it was not the nature of BN leaders to resort to using blogsites to attack others in their campaigns to win the elections.

“They (bloggers) condemn the prime minister, ministers and other members of the administration but not themselves. As the Malay adage goes, it’s pointing the forefinger to the front and thumb to your chest.

“I am saying that you should look at your own heart to see if it is clean. If it is not, then don’t bash others in your blogs,” he said after launching a book and compact disc, “Aku Dia dan Lagu-Lagu Nostalgia”, by Yusnor Ef at Aswara (National Arts, Culture and Heritage Academy) here today.

“Nowadays, not only the bloggers are having a mental block (disturbed) but the PAS’ spiritual leader’s mind too is blocked (unstable) when he equated Umno members to orang utan.

“The bloggers are getting bolder, but I see it this way — the general election is the season for condemning or “killing” others with words but this is not BN culture. I suggest that they attend courses on good manners as good manners is Malaysian culture.”

On another matter, Rais said a RM1.5 million scholarship fund would be established soon to assist those interested to seriously pursue music studies. He said the country needed more people to be highly qualified in the field, hence the introduction of the scholarship scheme.

Aswara, Istana Budaya and the Culture, Arts and Heritage Department would draw up the scholarship programme for the public to apply, he said.”

Farking idiot! Dumbass! Not Malaysian culture my ass! What is Malaysian culture? Who are they to say what is and what isn’t??? Oh wait, well.. I know, I get it now. We should all know by now. It is so clear!

It is a Malaysian culture to attack the Opposition in mainstream media, but NO, attacking BN in blogs is not a Malaysian culture. I repeat, attacking BN in blogs is not a Malaysian culture. Understood?

Remember that! That’s our culture. Be proud of it. I am damn farking proud now. Malaysian culture, is the best!! I am so sick of this “Malaysian culture’ thing. What is Malaysian culture? Telling lies to the rakyat? Fantastic courtroom drama for all to laugh? Plunder the country’s resources and get fat and rich doing it? Steal money from the rakyat and build a big ass mansion? You tell me..
