A peek inside Najib’s subconcious mind..

Today we are going to learn about ‘Freudian Slip’.

A Freudian slip, or parapraxis, is an error in speech, memory, or physical action that is believed to be caused by the unconscious mind.

As a common pun goes, “A Freudian slip is when you mean one thing, but you say another.”

Now, we are lucky to have our Deputy Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak to demonstrate for us, a ‘Freudian Slip’ scenario. It is not easy to get him to do this voluntarily, because well, he is a very busy man – from managing the country’s messy affairs to offering scholarship for poor students, acting as unpaid counselor to listen and care for those having constipation problem, and  of course -preparing to be the next Prime Minister of Malaysia.

It is our utmost pleasure to have someone with such position and virtue to help us learn new things everyday. We should not live to the stupid mantra ‘same shit different day’, right?

Here it goes. Pay attention towards the end of the Press Conference.

Interesting. In a moment of hurrying to leave, Najib probably distracted and offered a very unusual answer to a question posed by a reporter – whether UMNo offered or paid any assemblyman to defect, Najib answered:

Mana ada 50 juta? Mengarut lah. 20 juta jer…

Mana ada sampai 50 million? Mengarut. (Manglish translation: Where got up to 50 million? Ridiculous.)

Note that he did not say they never made any payments or offer at all.

He said they never paid or offered so much! Not as much as 50 million!

ps: Tak sampai 50 juta, berapa juta lah??? 40 juta? Bak kata pepatah Melayu, terlajak perahu boleh diundur, terlajak kata buruk padahnya kena tayang kat blog lah!!
