Everything is in a mess. I need a time out.

Some of you may notice that I don’t update this blog frequently anymore. Just look at the archive. Pathetic number of blog posts for the last 2 months. And I have not been commenting or visiting other blogs regularly like I did before. I only read from my Google Reader. Heck, perhaps some of you don’t read this blog anymore because the wait is no longer fun.

I have a lot of things to say. I have a lot of things to tell. But I cannot pen it down. Will not update this blog for the time being, till further notice. Well, you can still read the compilation of my tweets which is basically collection of my mini-craps. A cool plugin does the job for me, it will auto-update every Friday evening. Awesome.

Actually, things I tweet and blog about are the same. Before I joined the tweetwagon, I would put those things in this blog. Only now I don’t have to sit down, reminisce or reflect and then write a fucking essay out of anything that’s bugging me. Damn anal buggers. I can keep it short and simple, just 140 characters at a time. Sweet.

Smelly people must be shot to death, repeatedly.

I was boarding my flight back to Miri from Kuching on last Sunday and a shapeshifter (borrowing the phrase from the 62% evil michael ooi) was sitting next to me.

When I sat down after putting my hand luggage, immediately I noticed an unpleasant smell coming from my side, greeting my sensitive olfactory sense. I always have a heightened level of sensory perception when it comes to smell and taste. First thing I would notice about a person I meet, is their smell. *sniff sniff*

She smelled like she was dipped in shit for days, well perhaps she marinated herself in a pool of shit. No, I didn’t ask if she just came back from some kind of fetish spa. I was traumatised for the whole duration of the journey back home. I sat with my face facing the opposite side, reading my book and occasionally sniffing myself because, I smell damn good damn it!

I swear she farted few times during the flight. I could smell the sudden, heavily concentrated toxic fumes assaults every now and then so it must be coming from her smelly orifice, releasing it to kill me slowly. Could she be a hired assassin sent to eliminate me for making too many hairy jokes? I was choking in toxic fumes, afraid that I would die a smelly death next to a smelly person. That would be really tragic.

Smelly people should be shot to death, repeatedly!

ps: Come closer, let me have a whiff of your smell.. it better be good, hey!

pss: Do you know that BN politicians and some of their supporters also have a certain distinctive smell? Smell like shit. Too much craps, geddit? I bet my last fortune, Hishammuddin’s mouth is freaking smelly

I laughed my ass off when I read that Isa Samad was named as BN’s candidate for upcoming Bagan Pinang by-election. Is it Umno so devoid of good candidates that it needs to put a recycled thrash for contest? Funny how BN apologists started the battle by defending its candidate credibility at the word ‘go!’.

Predictably, just like how they usually do whenever people question or criticize any decision made by BN, they would use the idiom ‘pot calling kettle black’ on the person by pointing out incidencies where similar decisions were made by BN’s political enemies (in this case, PR) in order to justify BN’s action for doing so.

For this, they would always assume the critics are speaking on behalf of the other party (in this case, PR) and supporting the past actions taken by PR (which was pointed out to justify BN’s decision) So how BN people defended their party action for nominating Isa as the candidate for the Bagan Pinang by election?

By pointing out that PR accepted Zaid Ibrahim who was also found guilty together with Isa Samad by Umno Diciplinary Board for involving in money politics. Their reason is, if people can accept Zaid Ibrahim (especially PR supporters), why not Isa Samad? Their reason, both were found guilty for the same offence.

Zaid was found guilty and given warning but he lashed out at the Disciplinary Boardfor its decision and he earned a suspension for doing that. Yes, he was suspended for criticising the Board in the media. Not for money politics. (I hate the term ‘money politics’. Bribery is bribery. What money politics? Ah, that was the my idealist doppel ganger speaking out.) Pak Lah then called him back to be the Law Minister and the rest is history. So, why he was not sentenced? Not enough evidence? Interesting to note that Umno Youth Chief was also given a warning for the same offense as Zaid Ibrahim last year before he won his position now in the party election.

Isa Samad was found guilty for money politics and sentenced to 6 years suspension which was then reduced to only 3 years for reasons only Umno knows.  Isa quietly accepted his fate, while Zaid made a big noise over it, he even challenged the board to prove the allegation. Berani kerana besar, takut kerana salah, anyone?

Clearly, we can see how Isa and Zaid Ibrahim ‘earned’ their suspensions from Umno. One for criticizing the Discplinary Board for issuing a warning for his offense and another one for being found guilty and probably with more evidences too since not a warning but a sentence was given. Hey, I’m quite good at spinning lol!

Putting all the arguments on who is more guilty and who’s not aside, the only question Umno needs to answer is: Is there no other better candidate to offer but Isa Samad? Someone with a better background (although this task, for Umno is like finding a needle in haystacks) and credibility? After all it is a strong seat for Umno and with 5000 postal votes ehem, according to political gossips mill are secured, so why not try to do the right thing for once?

Maybe Umno has become so desperate to win that it has no qualm to compromise everything. Just imagine, Hishammuddin the Home Minister which is also one of the Umno Supreme Council member could come up with things like. ‘Halal guilt and haram guilt’. What the fuck is kosher guilt and sinful guilt? I don’t know.  Then, another idiot who I forgot the name said choosing Isa as a candidate is a “necessary compromise”.

Ok, that’s enough craps from Umno or else some of my Umno friends reading this may think I am so much in love with Umno and that’s I can’t stop talking about it. An analogy given to me by a friend is that his father hates him smoking, so the father keep on nagging and telling him to stop smoking, for one and only reason – out of fatherly love. I replied, “Well your father probably wanted to say you’re an idiot for killing yourself slowly but decided not to say because because it would be reflected on him. Saying your son is stupid, is as you’re telling the world you don’t know how to teach your son.” Ehe!

I just came back from watching EPL football games with my friends. I’m still wide awake, so I thought that why don’t I pent down something for this God forsaken blog.

My life is really in a mess this month. Never before I have such amount of bad things happened to me in just a short period of my life. Yes, I’ve been through a lot in my short life span of 26 years especially the past 5 years, but this month takes the cake, really. Starting from early of the month until yesterday, I was constantly bombarded by unwanted incidents and encountered bad mojos.

Some of you may aware of the latest mishap happened to me. I was involved in a car accident yesterday. I went to friend’s place for his open house invitation yesterday then proceeded to Al Fresco to have some drinks with friends, then went back home. I was quite sleepy so I drove a little bit faster than usual. My mobile phone battery was dead as well. While making a turn at this one roundabout, I accelerated along the straight road and wasn’t aware of a Pajero 4WD  in my lane suddenly slowing down. Probably the driver was stopping by for God knows the reason why .

I hit on the brake when I saw the 4WD, but I realised it was too late before I would hit the 4WD with my driving speed. In that split second, I swerved to the left side of the road hoping I could stop at the green area. Apparently I was a bit too fast, my car moved forward and knocked the lamp post and stopped. If not for the lamp post, I would end up in the roadside drain.

I came out and inspected my car. Oh shit, the damage to car was quite serious. The front skirt came off and flew few metres away from the car. The left tyre burst, the radiator wreaked together with the both front lamps. The front part of the car was smashed in and down, I couldn’t even lift the hood up. I couldn’t call anyone with my mobile phone because its battery was dead, so I just stood there until a car stopped by and it turned out the guy was from a repair workshop. Cut the story short, he sent me back home with his car and asked his workshop to tow my car away.

I must thank the unseen, invisible divine forces for protecting me and keeping me alive. This is the 2nd time I involved in a considerably serious, which could be a fatal, life threatening accident but I escaped with not a single scratch this time. My previous accident happened when I was working in Puchong, Selangor where I was knocked down in my motorbike by a lorry. I narrated the incident here, complete with diagrams and everything 😉

I was involved in a messy affair early of this month, which the person threatened to harm me for some misunderstanding and paranoia on his part, then I had problem with my eyes, my phone dropped and damaged to the extent it is still working poorly but somehow bearable, something happened back home where a member of the family disappointed me again with his actions, my blog was down and I screwed up during the simple upgrade to the blog platform, which wiped out most of the uploaded data for the past few months. Before my accident last night, I went to withdraw some money and while I  checked the balance for my another bank using the ATM card, it was suddenly swallowed by the machine. I am emotionally exhausted with my personal relationship, where some complications appearing at some point.

Despite all this, I am glad I am still taking it all in a stride and just shrugged it off and just assumed that bad luck demon is making its visit. Just bear with me with my whiny posts, status updates and tweets for the time being. I’m grateful to have good people around me taking care of me and offering helps when I need them and for that I say thanks!

Life will be definitely better after this. When you hit rock bottom, there’s no other way but to go up, right?  This is just a phase that I need to overcome in order to appreciate good things in life better. Wish my the best and all the lucks please 😉 Off to sleep now, you guys take care!
