Liar Liar!! Saiful Bukhari or Najib Tun Razak??

Saturday, July 19th, 2008 330 views

The whole thing just make no sense. Somebody is lying,  caught with his pant down! (pun intended). Please read the bold sentences carefully.

1. The following police report was made on 28 June 2008 at 5.45 PM by Mohd Saiful Bukhari bin Azlan, who turns 23 next week (IC No. 850706-01-5687):

Majikan saya Dato Seri Anwar Ibrahim - Ketua Umum PKR.”

2. Then our generous Deputy Prime Minister, Najib Tun Razak was quoted in the news:

KUALA LUMPUR: Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan met with Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak at the latter’s home to seek his view a few days before he lodged a police report against Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

(Source: The Star Online)

Question:

How many days is considered ‘a few days’? 3 days? 4 days? Well it does not matter whether ‘a few days’ is 2 days, 3 days or 4 days. This is because, the alleged sodomy last happened on June 26th, 2008 according to the report made on June 28th, 2008 - 2 days after the ‘incident’. Then we have Najib said Saiful Bukhari came to meet him at his residence ‘a few days’ before he made the police report.

Now make your own assumption, WHEN EXACTLY Saiful Bukhari went to see Najib? Cannot be June 27th, because then Najib would say ‘yesterday’ instead of ‘a few days’. It must be June 26th or June 25th or days before that.

This is the interesting part, so this Saiful Bukhari…. HE WENT TO SEE NAJIB DAYS (June 26th, 25th, 24th, 23rd - pick your choice) BEFORE HE MADE THE POLICE REPORT ON JUNE 28th, AND THEN HE WAS SODOMISED ON THE 26th AGAIN?? Does that make any F sense to you?

Let me rephrase it again. According to Najib, Saiful Bukhari went to see him few days before he made the police report and after he met Najib, (his meeting with Najib must be happening either on June 26th or days before that) he was sodomised by Anwar on June 26th?? So, he let Anwar sodomised him again after he met Najib??

The explanations for all this crap only two:

1. The police report making its round in the internet is not the real police report lodged by Saiful Bukhari.

2. Najib Tun Razak was lying.

This brings us to another question, why under now there is no police report handed to the accused - Anwar Ibrahim? The latest news:

Deputy IGP clears the air, he states when Anwar will get report
By LOURDES CHARLES

KUALA LUMPUR: The police will give Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim a copy of the police report lodged by his former aide alleging that Anwar had sodomised him “if and when” Anwar is charged in court.

Deputy Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Ismail Omar said police could not give him a copy now as investigations were still in progress.

(Source: The Star Online)

Funny eh?? Then please do not forget to ask Najib again when the ‘case is complete’ because he said this:

Asked what Saiful had told him, Najib said: “A lot.

“The stories are many. Maybe I will reveal them later, but only after the case is completed.

(Source: The Star Online)

Lastly, do you think a hot headed person like Saiful Bukhari would let himself to be sodomised many times by a 61 years old man with bad back without fighting? Read this threat from him to this one guy in Friendster: “Killing Note from Saiful Bukhari” I quote:

Translation:

Subject:Hey Bastard

Don’t let me see you. I will ‘break’ your head. You better remove my sister’s photo. Bastard!

Ugh… I am so scared now…  Are you?

Armed forces, police prepare for demos

KUALA LUMPUR: Cooperation between the police and armed forces is necessary to maintain public order and security in the country.

With this in mind, the two security forces launched a joint safety exercise at the Police College in Cheras yesterday.

Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Musa Hassan said cooperation was crucial because political parties, non-governmental organisations and individuals were, of late, organising more illegal assemblies.

“It is crucial, and the right time, for the forces to organise and plan strategies to carry out duties in maintaining public order as outlined in the public order manual,” he said.

The exercise, which began yesterday and ends on Monday, is to get planners to understand what it takes to coordinate efforts between the two forces should the need arise.

Musa said the joint exercise, whose focus is on the Klang Valley, especially Kuala Lumpur, Shah Alam and Petaling Jaya, was to show that public order problems could be tackled properly and efficiently by both forces.Asked if this meant that the armed forces would be used to tackle illegal assemblies, he said this would only be so if absolutely necessary and an emergency had to be declared.Armed Forces chief General Tan Sri Abdul Aziz Zainal said the exercise was the first of two phases. In this phase, discussions would be held to work out certain procedures.

The second phase involved actual deployment of forces. Legal officers of both forces would advise on the legal aspects of tackling any crisis.

“Such activities (the exercise) have to be carried out so that a standard operating procedure can be worked out. Without such exercises, there will be no coordination when a real threat arises,” he said.

Joint police-army exercise sparks emergency talk

KUALA LUMPUR, July 3 — Even during the worst of times in 1998, when pro-Reformasi supporters took to the streets in Kuala Lumpur to protest the jailing of Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, the army stayed in the barracks. Crowd control and public order in Malaysia was in the hands of the police, like it has been for decades since the race riots in 1969.The men in blue jealously guarded their turf and the government felt that the sight of men in green fatigues with M16s on patrol duty on the streets of Kuala Lumpur would put the country on par with war-torn African states and unstable East European nations, and conjure up the image of a country under emergency.

This could change this week.

Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Musa Hassan said yesterday that the police and armed forces will be holding a joint public order exercise until Monday and the military will be called in to maintain public order if the security situation in Malaysia deteriorates.

“The exercise is also to enhance the cooperation between the police and the army, besides helping improve coordination, logistics and communication between the two forces,” he added.

Army chief Jen Datuk Seri Abdul Aziz Zainal said the exercise would be held in two phases to better enhance implementation during a national security-threatening scenario.

“The first phase will involve discussions and, when the time is right, proceed to deployment,” he said, adding that the idea was mooted about two years ago.

Security agencies are on an alert to deal with possible public order issues on Saturday when a mammoth rally will be held in Petaling Jaya to protest the increase in fuel prices. The rally is being organised by the People’s Anti-Oil Manipulation Movement (Geramm) — a coalition of non-governmental organisations and the youth wing of Pakatan Rakyat.

Initially, they believed that several thousand protestors could turn up on Saturday. But now they believe that the numbers could swell dramatically. The reason: Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim is using the rally to kick off a nationwide roadshow to proclaim his innocence against the sodomy charge levelled by his aide, Saiful Bukhari Azlan, against him.

Musa assured people that the armed forces will only be used after consultations between officials from the Home Ministry and the Defence Ministry. This is scant consolation for Malaysians who are only used to seeing troops march on the streets of Kuala Lumpur on Aug 31 as part of National Day celebrations.

News of the joint operations between police and the armed forces to maintain public order is being debated in blogosphere with the more conspiratorial arguing that this could set the stage for emergency rule in the country. Government officials are dismissing that notion, saying that police do not have the resources to deal to tackle crime and also maintain law and order across the country.

Why the army?? Anything involving the army is pretty serious shit. As reported by The Malaysian Insider, even during the ‘worst’ times in 1998 - Reformasi period we did not see army on the street for crowd control and public order. Usually, army will step in when there is an emergency. Like what happened in 1969.

According to Article 150 of the Federal Constitution:

This article permits the Yang di-Pertuan Agong to issue a Proclamation of Emergency and to govern by issuing ordinances that are not subject to judicial review if the Yang di-Pertuan Agong is satisfied that a grave emergency exists whereby the security, or the economic life, or public order in the Federation or any part thereof is threatened.

Only Yang Di-Pertuan Agong has the absolute power to issue a Proclamation of Emergency and mobilize the army in case of emergency as he is the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces. IGP forgot to mention His Majesty role? Only Home Ministry and the Defence Ministry? What? A coup de tat?

Illegal assemblies? We have FRUs.. So far it works (for them) so why the ARMY needs to be brought in? Not enough resources? What a lame excuse. Malaysians are generally peace loving people, even when provoked by tear gasses and water cannons.

Lastly, this very statement is seriously disturbing…
Asked if this meant that the armed forces would be used to tackle illegal assemblies, he said this would only be so if absolutely necessary and an emergency had to be declared.

Why the need to mention the very word of ‘an emergency’? Before this, even after BERSIH march, Hindraf and few other illegal assemblies, there was no mention of ‘emergency’. People like IGP do not  simply just say unnecessary things, especially someone at his position.

Another conspiracy theory? I leave you to decide on that.

Anwar Ibrahim accused of ’sodomy’, again??! Old trick?

Sunday, June 29th, 2008 22 views

I woke up this morning to receive a shocking sms from NH.

“Dude wake up. Anwar accused of sodomy again”

I tried to reply his sms and fired up my Digi Internet but to no avail, because I did not pay my outstanding bill haha! End up calling Digi and made the payment through the phone. Only now I have the chance to get on the internet and read on the issue.

I have yet to read much on this but.. just few comments and interesting links to share.

So, another sodomy report against Anwar Ibrahim? Come on, come up with something new. Old trick cannot be used many times. Bodoh! This is the second time that such a report had been lodged in over 10 years. According to the police report filed by his 23-year-old aide yesterday, the sodomy allegedly committed by de facto PKR leader Anwar Ibrahim took place “in a condo in the Damansara area”.

Me: The accuser does not have a time where the incident was alleged to have happen. What kind of sloppy, dumb report is this? How is the accused going to prepare his defense of alibi?

Let us look at the whole thing carefully.

What are the information that we have? In this issue we should take a look the background of the individuals involved.

1st, Anwar Ibrahim (AI). He was accused of sodomy and corruption in 1998. He was found guilty for both charges but the sodomy charge was overturned, six years after he served his time in jail. There are many rumours flying around regarding AI sexuality. Some swore that they saw AI dating ‘lelaki jambu’(pretty boy) before. (Hmm… those who admitted that AI sodomised them - Dr. Munawar and AI’s driver both also not handsome and jambu. Fugly. Sukma? Well.. I don’t want to comment, leave that to STP hahahaha! :D) Only AI and his god knows whether he did what he was accused. I personally think he is not into backdoor entry and even if he is, that is his personal choice. I reserved the same opinion for Chua Soi Lek. I am not supporting the actions, but I sure condemn those that forever on their high moral pedestals - self elected moral guardians. Self appointed moral guardians irk me. Get a life, pls?

2nd. Who is Saiful Bukhari - the accuser? According to many inviduals that personally know this guy, he is what we call ‘a wolf in sheep’s clothing’. Malays say ‘Musang berbulu ayam’. The are reports saying this guy was Najib’s strong man, ex-UMNO guy. He gained entry to AI political circle through his friend after ‘repented’ and left AMNO.

Saiful Bukhari, the accuser. Jambu??

There are few interesting links to read on this: (Take note of the entries’ date and read the comments. The comments are more interesting than the entries.)

Selamat Maju Jaya, Saiful

Musang Berbulu-Ayam Part 1

Musang Berbulu Ayam Part 2

Musang Berbulu Ayam Part 3

Hujah

We also aware of certain profilic individuals such as Musa Hassan and Gani Patail and their ‘involvements’ in the conviction of AI. Musa Hassan was the investigating officer at that time (Probably if you followed the case closely you will remember he’s guy carrying the ’semen-ted’ mattress to the court) and Gani Patail was the case prosecutor. Could be a vendetta? After they failed to convict AI?

Done with actors’ biodatas. Let’s look at the situation of background of the story.

After 8 Mac political tsunami, weakness of the BN-led government under Abdullah Ahmad Badawi is getting more obvious. The government is getting lesser support as time goes by especially after few unpopular decisions made by him such as raising the fuel price, sidelining East Malaysian leaders from his cabinet and exerting pressures against and pulling out people’s projects from Pakatan Rakyat-ruled states. He is making a lot of enemies from inside and outside AMNO. (too long to list out). He will be dethroned anytime soon and his party (read BN) may lose power of the country. He is in a situation what we call ‘deep shit’.

Abdullah is not the only person to feel the heat. His second man, Najib and the infamous Rosmah Mansor - Najib’s wife also feeling the heat especially after RPK made a Statutory Declaration implicating Rosmah in Altantuya’s murder case. The case becomes too hot to handle, even Najib and his wife were forced to respond to the media.

Anwar - deemed the new hope of Malaysia. Widely acknowledged as ‘Prime Minister in waiting’. He is seen to the the only person capable to steer Malaysia and ’save’ Malaysia from catastrophic doomsday. He is gaining more supports from the ground after the encouraging result for the opposition (especially his party - PKR) in the March 2008 General Election. Despite receiving more supports, he is also bombarded with all sort of allegations in the MSM without any access given to him to defend or reply to the allegations.

Latest allegation? He sodomised Saiful Bahari.

My take? These are few questions and comments to ponder about:

1. Abdullah is trying to kill many birds with one stone. RPK, Najib, and Anwar Ibrahim. Who would think he will do this? But then again, who would think he would remarry again (after he denied it previously), dissolve the parliament (after saying the exact opposite the previous day?) and increased the fuel price as much as 40% to RM2.70 (after he was saying otherwise the previous day?) Abdullah Ahmad Badawi is capable of many things.

2. I think it is a pathetic show and desperate attempt by the corrupted government to save its ass and after a decade, is this still relevant?

3. This is may be an attempt to sidetrack us from major issues - C4 , Altantuya and the Statutory Declaration by RPK. They are trying to badawise us! We are stupid but we are not badawi! Note: Saiful Bukhari was close to Najib before. This explosive news probably is to divert the attention from Najib and other dead horses to AI.

4. So how does that 35 year-old (now 45 years old) virgin fit into all this? Remember Ummi Hafilda? :) Out of nowhere she came into the picture? Is she going to make her appearance again?

5. Are we going to see the parade of mattresses again? Hey they probably dust the old mattress and use it as evident in court again. Bring in on!

6. Probably we should ask Ezam Mat Noor? He was a close aide to Anwar and now he is busy attacking AI. Probably he was sodomised before as well? Huh, after 10 years of the Anwar’s sodomy case, nobody come out and say ‘I was sodomise and this is the farking proof’. What we had was some individuals went to lodge police reports against AI. Why straightly go to the police? Go to TV3, show medical reports, photos to the world if it is true. Why police first? The pattern is there. Same old pattern. Boring. Dumb.

7. What a lame reproduction.

Why not come up with a new plot? While they are at it, why not accuse AI of Altantuya’s murder? Create some stories like actually AI was having affair with Altantuya, then also sodomised some boys and Altantuya found up, she went berserked and AI killed him?? Be creative lah! Old trick cannot be used many times!!!!!!!!

Interesting video to watch. Did Anwar Ibrahim perform sodomy? Here is one good post:

Did Anwar Perform Sodomy? Some Video Confessions. (Check out the videos) This is another video on Anwar’s corruption and sodomy charges, check out how wonderful our ex-Prime Minister using his selective memory to ’skirt around’ the questions asked by the interviewer.

ps: I used/translated some of the points mentioned in this post by BumiLangit. I hope he doesn’t mind. A good post must be shared. A lazy blogger like me, just copy-lah! :D NH posted an entry on this as well.
