Stir Fried Chicken with Mushrooms & Green Beans with Eggs
Lately, I make it a habit for me to prepare and bring my own food to work
Yes, I decided to take the matter into my own hands (literally) since my last post bitching about the lousy food and sucky service at my workplace’s canteen. Sorry but I will never ever spend another ringgit there.
I prepared this just now.. for my lunch tomorrow
Tomorrow’s Lunch Cooked Today!!

Stir Fried Chicken with Mushrooms

Green Beans with Eggs
Wake up early tomorrow, re-heat the dishes
Home cooked meals rawks!! Good night!!

I do like you do too sometimes… cook the lunch the night before .. have problem waking up early in the morning to cook lunch during work days. Tapi yang ganjilnya, during weekends I wake up soooooooo early in the morning, it’s annoying
p.s: Everybody is showing off their “toys”, comparing with each other whose toy is bigger and better… haishhhh….!!

sure anna, why not?
(you are that anna hannah from FB eh?)
Ingredients: chicken – chopped into pieces, size as you like, soy sauce, oyster Sauce, onions – diced or cut into thin wedges, garlic – minced, mushrooms, any kind will do (soak first if used dried mushrooms) – sliced, salt, pepper and seasoning to taste, cooking sheery (rice wine).
Cooking: Heat oil in wok, add the garlic and onion, stir fry until it smells good (fragrant
) about 30secs Then put in the mushroom, continue stir fry for a while and dump in the chicken. Add in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and seasoning to taste. continue stir frying, add some cooking sherry whenever your wok begins to look dry and little bit of water. continue stir fry for 3-4 minutes, taste the stir fry.. if you need more salt, add more
want it bit spicy, add bit chili sauce.
That’s it..
