Wassup dude? No what??

Friday, October 10th, 2008 127 views

I am back in KL. I am very sorry for not posting up anything since my Raya greeting post.

No proper internet connection. (Except online using my mobile..) I am using office’s pc to write this. Hey you people, please do not report this to the management :P (this directed to my collegues reading my blog. Yes, apparently some of them read my blog and a colleague said this to me that day ”I read your blog.” which I countered “What? My blog?”. Then he said “Yeah, you are a famous blogger what.” Hmm.. I sense deep sarcasm. Cis!!)

No own transport. I sold my car last June before I went to Kuching for work assignment. I am using public transportation now. If you see a tall botak guy walking under the rain, (I walk.. I don’t run when it’s run because run is no cool heh!) please stop and give me a ride. Yesterday was raining heavily and I was without umbrella so I waited for the bus below the flyover. Damn, as I am writing this it is raining again outside! Arghh!!

Fried Popiah, this is how I roll.. yor!

Sunday, September 28th, 2008 142 views

I love deep fried spring rolls/popiah. I am not a big fan of  the wet version of popiah, popular among food lovers. I prefer mine to be brown, hard, oily and crunchy  I will always go for fried popiah if I see it is on sale, it is one of my favourite side dish.

I got the chance to make my own fried popiah just now. This is my first time making my own popiah, and with limited ingredients I had (I was lazy to shop for ingredients normally used to make popiah filling - shrimps, long bean, carrot, turnips, taugeh, bamboo shoots chinese sausage bla bla…) I just used whatever available in the fridge, since I was hungry and in the mood to chew on something..

OLD SKOOL TAG!

Wednesday, September 17th, 2008 196 views

I got this from AloneinHome.com. He didn’t tag me but I love this tag so I do it! (edited a bit)

OLD SKOOL TAG

1) 5 bad habits when you were in your school days

* Reading comics in class, especially during Moral and BM classes. How to do it without getting caught? Put your comics in the desk, sit with your back rested on the chair, slightly away from the table and don’t sit straight. Sit like a lazy bum without backbone haha! Then, don’t get too absorbed in your reading, do it casually so the teacher will not notice :P I never get caught meh!

* Woke up late, missed my breakfast at the dining hall. (Bad habit, because until today I seldom take breakfast and I am okay with that) Then, late to class, always ended up standing in middle of the field while other students were standing in front of their class when the national and state anthem were playing. Kinda embarrassing when everybody can see you standing at the field from their class, but after a while I got used to it because I had some buddies to join me on the field hehe.. always those same faces.. late risers.

A leech & a cock!

Tuesday, September 9th, 2008 221 views

Greetings people!

I just came back from the deep jungle of Limbang, deprived of mobile signal (damn you DiGi! What Widest Coverage!) and internet connection. I had fun plucking leeches from my legs, bitten by insects, traveling along the river and walking under the rain in the forest. I am clueless of what are the latest shits going around the world and especially in Malaysia but knowing the typical everyday stories we are stuffed with I guess I do not miss any of it.

Leech! This bugger left nasty marks on the skin after it sucked your blood. I had more photos, some pretty disgusting with bloods and mashed leeches. Nevermind. Anyway, I bumped  into bigger ‘leeches’ at Limbang town.  ROTFLMAO!!
