KUALA LUMPUR: Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak has reiterated that he had neither met nor known Altantuya Shaariibuu.
“The statutory declaration, which I consider a horrible lie, a mere fabrication with malicious intention and slanderous element is aimed at smearing my image,” he told a packed press conference held at about 7pm at his office in Parliament Building here yesterday.
Najib said the statutory declaration by private investigator P. Balasubramaniam was a “red herring” by Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim to divert public attention from the sodomy allegation against the PKR adviser.
“I am very sure that this is a very desperate attempt to divert attention from the sodomy allegation that Anwar is facing now.
“What is important now is not the matter raised as a diversion, (or as a) red herring. … What people want to know is whether the sodomy case happened or not. I hope the relevant authorities will investigate and make an announcement as soon as possible,” he said.
On the statutory declaration, Najib said as it contradicted the testimonies in court and also the police report, he would leave it to the authorities to investigate fully, but stressed that he also had rights as a citizen to defend himself.
“I can take personal action, but what is more important is that action can be taken because there are provisions of the law like defamation and so forth,” he added.
Najib also denied that he had had a sexual relationship with Altantuya, nor did he conspire to cover up her murder as alleged by Balasubramaniam.
“No, absolutely not, because I have never ever met her,” he said
Asked whether he was willing to be investigated, he said: “Why should I be investigated? Give me a good reason. The police have investigated the entire Altantuya case, so they know everything.
“The parties responsible (for the statutory declaration) should be prepared to accept any consequences if the authorities uncover any legal wrongdoing.”
Najib questioned why the matter had to come up now after Anwar was recently accused of sodomy.
“Now, suddenly everyone is under attack, the Inspector-General of Police, the Attorney-General, even I am attacked.
“Why now? This is the question,” he added.
“If he (Anwar) was so concerned about the case he should have brought it up much, much earlier. Why now?” he added.
Asked whether the latest accusations would affect him during the coming Umno elections, Najib said it would not.
“I’m very relaxed about it. As you can see I’m still smiling. I’m not worried at all because the truth will prevail,” he added.
Najib said he believed in the (justice) system and stressed that he had not done anything wrong.
“There’s nothing to be worried about. Life goes on as usual. As far as I’m concerned, it’s business as usual,” he added.
It is funny when he is in the soup, he cried ‘Wolf! Wolf!’ but when Anwar is in the soup, he cried ‘Police! Police!’.
To borrow the words from the horse’s mouth:
1. “The statutory declaration, which I consider a horrible lie, a mere fabrication with malicious intention and slanderous element is aimed at smearing my image,”
- Anwar may say “The sodomy allegation and the police report by Saiful Bukhari, which I consider a horrible lie, a mere fabrication with malicious intention and slanderous element is aimed at smearing my image”
- Hmm.. the sodomy allegation by Anwar’s ’special aide’ Saiful Bukhari was a ‘red herring’ by ’some people’ to divert public attention from the Statutory Declaration (SD) made by Raja Petra Kamarudin against the DPM’s wife. A desperate attempt to divert public attention from the SD.
3. “What is important now is not the matter raised as a diversion, (or as a) red herring. … What people want to know is whether the sodomy case happened or not.
- What is important now is not the matter raised as a diversion, (or as a) red herring… What people want to know it whether the SD by RPK has any truth or not. Hey, why he thinks the SD by RPK is not important? Or SD by Balasubramaniam is not important?
We also want to know whether Najib and his wife was involved in the murder of Altantuya. We also want to know the truth. We want things mentioned in the SD to be investigated, well to clear our beloved DPM’s name and charge the bloody person that made the false SD, send them to jail for making a false declaration and lie to public.
It is more important because Najib currently is our Deputy Prime Minister while Anwar Ibrahim is a nobody now. He is not in the government, he is not a minister, he is not a member of parliament, he is not even paid by the rakyat to serve them.
4. “I can take personal action, but what is more important is that action can be taken because there are provisions of the law like defamation and so forth,“
This is very funny. IF you are damn sure it (the SD) is a lie, malicious and slanderous fabrication, you should be fast to say you are going to sue without any hesitation. Say it.. “I will fucking sue P Balasubramaniam and Anwar Ibrahim for making false allegation and defaming me. I will bring this to court and sue them till they drop to their pants.” Or make a police report against them. I don’t know if a person make a SD, can you make a police report against that SD. Me no lawyer. What ever, but point is, he should say ‘Yes I will take personal action, not I can take personal action.. “ because it sounds wrong.. I can take.. WTF!
5. “Why should I be investigated? Give me a good reason. The police have investigated the entire Altantuya case, so they know everything.
“The parties responsible (for the statutory declaration) should be prepared to accept any consequences if the authorities uncover any legal wrongdoing.”
Why should you be investigated?? Oh crap. Because you are named in a Statutory Declaration, tolol! SD is a serious shit.
SD has been defined as “A statutory declaration is a legal document defined under the law of certain Commonwealth nations. It is similar to a statement made under oath, however, it is not sworn.
Statutory declarations are commonly used to allow a person to affirm something to be true for the purposes of satisfying some legal requirement or regulation when no other evidence is available. They are thus similar to affidavits (which are made on oath).”
Intentionally making a false statement as a statutory declaration is a crime equivalent to perjury, and punishable by fines and/or a prison sentence of up to 4 years. (Australia)
Sure the parties responsible for the statutory declaration should know better about the consequences they may face should the authorities uncover any legal wrongdoing. They wil go to jail for making a false declaration.
*******************************************************************
There are too many questions with no answer.
1. Lately, we see people making SD like nobody’s business, it sure gives us an image that SD is conveniently abused like a toilet paper, recklessly using it for their sordid political mileage.
2. A lot of things mentioned in the SD still just ‘hearsay’ and from ‘reliable sources’. There are still a lot to prove. Hey I want to make a SD based on my ‘reliable sources’ too. Just RM4.00 can make one
3. A certain politician is laughing and probably busy eating his popcorn with coke enjoying the mud-slinging show between his biggest rivals. He is having a big feast!
4. Conveniently, the run up of UMNO branch meetings begin in two weeks, the UMNO election is coming soon and Anwar has 2 more months to deliver his promise - 16 September 2008.
5. If you recall correctly, when another witness mentioned Najib’s name in court, the entire prosecution and defense team got their knickers in a knot, and the judge expunged the statement from the court record. The latest SD sure interesting.
6. Najib is not making any sense with his funny explanations on Saiful Bukhari, the sodomy ‘victim’.
First he said he met Saiful Bukhari 3 months ago about scholarship (Wait.. the guy met with DPM or his special assistant, Khairil Anas? Damn I am confused.) Now he said he met Saiful Bukhari few days before polis report and Saiful even TOLD HIM that he was sodomised by Anwar Ibrahim. .. Which one is true?
Najib said he then told Saiful that it was up to him if he wanted to lodge a police report against Anwar.
“I said to him ‘It’s up to you.’ I left it to him to decide whether he wanted to leave it to the police to investigate and carry out the next course of action
What?? Sodomy is a serious crime. He should have said “You should make a police report if this is true”. How funny of all people, this Saiful Bukhari went to see him. Of 26 million Malaysians!! How wonderful. Why not go to Michael Chong?
Why go to Najib??
Why this nobody, college dropout and an assistant to opposition leader, Saiful, end up in our DPM’s private residence over a weekend to express his emotional trauma from the alleged sodomy episode he had with Anwar Ibrahim? I didn’t know there was a open house at DPM’s over the weekend?! Oh… open house that only one person was invited.

Usah khuatir sekiranya anda mangsa liwat. Jumpa Datuk N.
7. It is your words against mine drama now.
Who is telling the truth??? It is for you to decide.
Latest Update:
PI Balasubramaniam retracts parts of his Statutory Declaration. (updated)
PI retracts declaration
KUALA LUMPUR: Political analyst Abdul Razak Baginda’s private investigator P. Balasubramaniam on Friday retracted his statutory declaration which he made less than 24 hours ago.
“I wish to retract the entire contents of my statuutory declaration dated July 1 2008. I was compelled to affirm the said statutory declaration under duress,” said Balasubramaniam in his new statutory declaration dated Friday.
The new statutory declaration states:
“I wish to expressly state that at no material time did (Abdul) Razak (Abdullah) Baginda inform me that he was introduced to Altantuya Shaaribu by a VIP and at no material time did Razak Baginda inform me that Datuk Seri Najib (Tun Razak) had a sexual relationship with Altantuya Shaaribu and that she was susceptible to anal intercourse.
“At no material time did Razak Baginda inform me that Datuk Seri Najib instructed Razak Baginda to look after Altantuya Shaaribu as he did not want her to harass him since he was the Deputy Prime Minister.”
Not only do we have flip flop leaders… we also have flip flop PIs… WTF!! Charge the bugger for treating SD like a toilet paper. Hell, we don’t even recycle our toilet paper. Under duress my foot!
Nat has this to say:
Threatened? Bribed? Lied?
The truth is, I have no idea.
But let’s be patient, I suspect more intriguing facts will reveal themselves shortly, and will try to update if I can.
In the meantime, here’s a question for you. Who is this M. Arulampalam, Bala’s new lawyer? Who is he connected to? Why get rid of the former lawyer?

Police to halve compound fines for traffic summonses
KUALA LUMPUR: Effective Tuesday, police would halve the compound fines for traffic summonses, except those for serious offences, said Federal traffic chief Senior Asst Comm II Datuk Hamza Taib.
He said the move was to ease the burden on the lower income group after the recent price rise in petroleum and food items.
The 50% discount is applicable for those who receive the summons on the spot and pay them before or on the last day of the 30-day deadline.
“Offenders who have yet to pay their summons and have not received letters summoning them to court are eligible for a 30% discount.
“Those who have received the court summons are not eligible for any discount,” he told reporters Monday at the Traffic Police Headquarters, Bukit Aman.
Traffic offenders receiving their summons via the post are eligible for a 30% discount regardless of when it was issued.
He said the discount offer was ongoing and no deadline had been set.
Asked if the discounts would encourage motorists to flout traffic laws, he said police were confident the gesture would spur them to learn from their mistakes and not repeat them.
“Even before this, the rich might not think much of paying a RM300 fine. Our focus is to try and ease the burden on the lower- and middle-class group,” he said.
He said those issued summonses during Ops Sikap, for jumping the red light, for accidents as well as those issued arrest warrants were not eligible for a discount.
SAC Hamza said he was confident that the new incentive could help improve the summons payment rate, recorded at 70% at the end of last year.
He added that about12,000 traffic summonses for various offences were issued every day nationwide.
The public can pay their summons via the Internet at www.myeg.com.my and www.rilek.com.my via credit card or debit card. Portal users are urged to print a receipt of payment and keep it for future reference.
Cash payment is accepted at all police headquarters and district police stations and counters at select shopping malls.

This is too funny… Nyahahahahahahahahahahaha!
Take note, next time if you have constipation problem, your doctor may ask you some ‘disturbing questions’ such as:
You: Yor Doc, I have trouble passing my crap for the pass few days. I feel constipated.
Doctor: Errm..hrmm hmm… Did you have anal sex before?
You: No!
Doctor: Did you ‘accidentally’ put any object in your anus before?
You: Of course not!
Had you been sodomised?
Me:

ROTFLMAOWLKITA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
From NST:
Police classify case as sodomy
KUALA LUMPUR: The sexual assault report against Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has been classified as sodomy.
This was the first time police have revealed that investigations had started after earlier saying that the allegations were mere heresay.
Yesterday, Deputy Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Ismail Omar put to rest speculation about the investigations.
“The case has been classified as sodomy,” he told the New Straits Times, adding that he could not comment further as investigations were still going on.
It was, however, learnt that police had classified the case as sodomy after receiving the medical report on the accuser, Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan, who was an aide to the Parti Keadilan Rakyat de facto leader.
On Sunday, Federal CID director Datuk Bakri Zinin had urged the public not to speculate on the case, saying police needed time to probe the allegations, which at the time, were merely hearsay.Mohd Saiful, 23, had lodged a police report on Saturday, alleging that he had been sodomised by his boss, Anwar, several times. On Monday, police forensics personnel were seen going into a unit at the Desa Damansara condominiums here in Damansara Heights, where the alleged incident took place.
On allegations by a relative of Mohd Saiful that several police stations had earlier refused to accept his report after he named Anwar as the “assailant”, Ismail said they were investigating that claim.
Mohd Saiful, meanwhile, is believed to be under police protection. His family claimed that they have had no news from him ever since he lodged the report on Saturday night.
Checks yesterday also revealed that doctors at the Kuala Lumpur Hospital, after a battery of tests, found indications that Mohd Saiful had engaged in anal sex.
The New Straits Times learnt that doctors had taken stool samples for further investigation.
It was believed that Mohd Saiful had also complained of constipation when he was taken to the Hospital Kuala Lumpur outpatient ward.
Doctors, however, found something amiss during the check-up and upon questioning Mohd Saiful, learnt that he had been sodomised.
Checks on the Internet reveal that acute or forced sodomy can cause constipation. A University Malaya Medical Centre doctor said fear, mental trauma and the physical act could have caused the constipation.
“An anal tear and the pain could have resulted in the victim having difficulty in passing motion.”
HAHAHAHA! What? Checks on the Internet? Imagine this reporter googling ‘constipation+sodomy’. Hmm.. contrary to popular beliefs that anal sex ‘loosen’ the passage and make it easier for you to crap, it will cause constipation? I am enlightened again! For all this while I thought constipation happenned because either you have piles, lack of fibre or didn’t drink enough water!!! Pardon my ignorance.
Then, since when a person suffering from constipation need to go to the Kuala Lumpur General Hospital to be checked? Go normal general practitioner will do lah! An enema will solve the problem. So many DOCTORS to check on constipation instead of a doctor.
Community message from The Flaccid Mind :
Stay away from hammering someone’s backside or allowing back entry. It is CONSTIPATING.
Warning by the government of Malaysia
Under Section 377A of the Penal code, ‘any person who has sexual connection with another person by the introduction of the penis into the anus or mouth of the other person is said to commit carnal intercourse against the order of nature’.
The offence is punishable by a jail term of up to 20 years and whipping, as stated under Section 377B.
Layman term: In layman speak, it means it’s a crime for any man to engage in anal sex or penile oral sex — fellatio aka blowjob, consensual or not.
Wait… what a sexist law!! Discriminating against men… note the ‘penis’ word. If you look at the way it’s phrased, it looks as though it’s only the men, the person who inserts the penis into the mouth of another, who will be prosecuted. It means the woman will go scot free, whether it’s consensual or otherwise???
ps: NH, ini lah time kalau ada awek doctor, ko boleh tanya.. benda-benda technical
Then aku sebagai kawan, boleh tumpang tanya jugak!
Usaha lagi!

I love it when the government start talking in numbers. This is because, Maths never lie. Take a look at the figures quoted below in bold.
Yes, we export crude petroleum, says the president and chief executive officer of Petronas, Tan Sri Hassan Marican. In 2007, Malaysia extracted about 600,000 barrels per day, of which 339,000 barrels per day were refined here. The remainder was exported unprocessed, making us a net exporter of crude.
On the other hand, notes Minister for Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Datuk Shahrir Samad, Malaysia is a net importer of refined petrol.
We produced 110,000 barrels of refined petrol per day last year but the demand was 190,000 barrels per day.
The balance had to be imported - 29 million barrels for the whole year.
At RM43 billion last year, Shahrir notes, fuel subsidies consumed about a quarter of the RM164 billion operating and development expenditure.

(Source: NST)
Let us do some number crunching.
1 barrel = 159 litres (Read here)
190,000 barrels per day = 30,210,000 litres per day
1 year = 30,210,000 x 365 = 11,026,650,000 litres
Subsidy in 2007 (last year) = RM0.19 per litre, (quoted from table)
So total subsidy = 11,026,650,000 x RM0.19 = RM2,095,063,500
= RM2 billion??
Hmm.. probably petrol subsidy and diesel subsidy should be added together.
Subsidy in 2007 RM0.19 + RM0.43 = 0.62 per litre,
So total subsidy = 11,026,650,000 x RM0.62 = RM6,836,523,000
= RM6 billion??
Using the numbers given by Shahrir Samad, I can’t get RM43 billion fuel subsidies from all the calculation I did!!
WHY? I probably sucks at Maths. Can you help me here? How to get at RM43 billion? Find, get me RM35B. Oh, I think RM30B is enough. Please? I need to go to sleep now..
ps: I actually made a mistake of using 190,000 barrels per day demand to calculate the subsidy, when I probably should use the 29 millions barrels per year that need to be imported for calculation. Well, why the government need to subsidise what we can produce locally right? Then the subsidy for fuel is just 29 millions x 159 litres x RM0.62 = RM2 billion.
This is not making any F sense!
pss: I will be glad if somebody points out I made a mistake in my calculation. Please. Then we will know where the rest of the billions went to..
pss: You probably want to read The Truth About Fuel Subsidy and What Is Never Mentioned In Mainstream Media as well.
