I always admire politicians for their ability to reply questions with funny answers and no need to worry of the consequences. Guys, please tell me what is this shit?

‘We’ll see. Everything is possible, and everything is not possible.’

WTF is that? Everything is possible, and everything is impossible. So? What he is trying to say?

What the fuss with this 18.9% and 45% Bumiputras equity onwership shiet? On one hand we have our government (Economy Planning Unit – EPU) said it’s 18.9% and on the other hand we have Asian Strategy and Leadership Institute- ASLI said it’s 45%.

Both sides have their arguments, the government said the finding by ASLI only based on evaluation of publicly-listed firms – 1000 companies compared to 600, 000 companies nationwide done by EPU, government-linked companies (GLCs) should not be attributed to bumiputras bla bla…. and ASLI defended the study (only after that to be retracted by Mirzan Mahathir – ASLI president.  Typical.. no need to elaborate on this) that the methodology adopted by EPU in estimating the equity ownership is seriously flawed, unrealistic and thus resulted in under estimation of the Bumiputras equity ownership figure – 18.9%. So who is right… who is wrong?

KadSaya, Sentuh Dan Pergi

It’s hillarious to read this kind of news in the media, showing that we are too busy with petty issues instead of tackling the big one. Yes, Bahasa Melayu is the national language, so what? Just by changing few terms into Bahasa Melayu, consider as memartabatkan Bahasa Melayu?? What will happen if our government decided to change MyKad to KadSaya or Touch N Go to Sentuh Dan Pergi?

‘Rais said several accepted English terms like MyKad and Touch ‘n Go were being reviewed to be changed into Bahasa.’

In future if you are stopped by the police asking for your identity card, they should carefully phrase their questions, or it will be like this..

Policeman : Boleh saya tengok KadSaya? (Show me the identity card)

A: ???? Kad tuan? Kad tuan kat tuan lah, apa pulak kat saya.

Policeman: (try to rephrase) Boleh saya tengok KadSaya awak?

A: WTF??

Hmm, maybe Sentuh Dan Pergi not that bad after all heh?
